By using this website or purchasing a vehicle, part, or model car from Quinn's Motors & Models, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or complete a purchase.
2. Vehicle & Parts Listings
Vehicles and parts are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated in writing at time of sale. Listings, pricing, mileage, and condition descriptions are believed accurate but are not guaranteed and are subject to prior sale. Buyers are encouraged to inspect any vehicle or part in person before purchase.
3. Model Car Listings
Condition grades for diecast models (New in Box, Loose, Displayed, Vintage) reflect our best assessment at time of listing. Packaging condition may vary from photos due to normal handling and shelf wear.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless noted otherwise and are subject to change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until a sale is confirmed in person or in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Quinn's Motors & Models is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any purchase made with us, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
